Policy Overview & Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the infrastructure and hosting solutions provided by EnixServer.com ("we", "our", or "us"), including game server hosting, cloud VPS, dedicated bare-metal nodes, and web hosting. By ordering a service, registering an account, or utilizing any infrastructure we host, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms.

To utilize our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess valid parental consent. Furthermore, our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy are fully incorporated into this agreement by reference. If you do not agree with the stipulations in these documents, you must immediately cease all usage.

Eligibility & Account Management

When creating an account on our billing portal, you must provide accurate, current, and complete identification details. Operating accounts under disposable emails, proxy networks to disguise billing location, or false registration details constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate suspension.

You are exclusively responsible for safeguarding credentials used to access control panels (Pterodactyl, cPanel, IPMI, or Proxmox) and for any actions conducted under your account authentication.

Ordering & Instant Provisioning

All automated game instances and Cloud VPS nodes are provisioned in under 60 seconds once automated payment validation is confirmed by the payment gateway. Physical bare-metal dedicated servers require 2 to 4 hours for custom assembly, automated burn-in tests, and network port staging.

We reserve the right to decline or place orders on manual verification review if transactions trigger automated anti-fraud security rules.

Fees, Billing & Renewals

Services operate on a 100% prepaid basis. Renewal invoices are generated 7 to 14 days prior to the expiration date. Failure to remit payment before the due date results in service suspension 3 calendar days post-due date.

Instances suspended for non-payment are terminated and all stored virtual drives, databases, and configuration backups are completely wiped after 7 calendar days.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Individual non-commercial consumers are eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days of their initial service activation if the delivered product fails to meet the documented uptime or hardware specifications.

Non-refundable services: Bare-metal physical servers, domain name registrations and transfers, custom software licensing (cPanel, Windows Server), and accounts suspended due to AUP or DDoS abusive activities.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

EnixServer.com commits to an uptime guarantee of 99.99% across each calendar month for our primary datacenter power lines and upstream transits in Frankfurt and Bucharest.

Scheduled maintenance announced with at least 24 hours advance notice, client-side script loops, or volumetric attacks surpassing contracted mitigation profiles are excluded from SLA uptime penalty calculations.

Data Responsibility & Backups

Although our infrastructure relies on redundant Gen4 NVMe RAID arrays, hardware snapshots, and high-availability hypervisors, the client bears ultimate responsibility for keeping redundant, independent backups of all critical files and databases.

We are not liable for lost game progress, software misconfigurations, or data corruption resulting from client plugins, scripts, or manual file deletions.

Termination & Service Cancellation

Clients may submit cancellation requests at any time via the client portal. Immediate cancellation ceases access instantly, while end-of-billing cancellations allow the node to remain active until the prepaid period expires with zero additional renewal obligations.
