Hardware & Technology

Infrastructure We Run Ourselves

We run the hardware ourselves: stable platforms, support from the people who operate them, and DDoS mitigation that never switches off.

Modern Ryzen and Xeon processors

Services run on modern physical servers powered by AMD Ryzen and Intel Xeon processors selected for consistent performance. Direct infrastructure operations help us provide predictable resources and fast intervention.

24/7 technical support

Our technical team is on call around the clock for setup help, configuration and incident response. Tickets go straight to specialists who can diagnose the problem and fix it.

Predictable setup

Your server is prepared as soon as payment is confirmed, and the setup time is shown above the configurations, so you can plan your go-live with confidence.

Included DDoS protection

Every packet passes through a multi-layer filtering platform that keeps services online during volumetric floods and abnormal traffic spikes. Always on, never an add-on.

FAQ & Knowledge

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on out-of-band access, hardware failures, BGP, setup times, bandwidth and DDoS protection.

Every dedicated server ships with hardware-level out-of-band management through IPMI 2.0 or Dell iDRAC on an isolated NIC: a full KVM-over-IP console, remote power control (reboot, power-cycle, power-off), hardware health sensors and Virtual Media to boot any custom ISO.

We keep spare parts on site and work to a strict hardware replacement SLA. If an NVMe drive, power supply or RAM module fails, on-duty datacenter technicians swap it in under 15 minutes, day or night.

Yes. BGP sessions (IPv4 and IPv6) are available on every bare-metal server. Announce your own ASN and portable prefixes (/24 or larger for IPv4, /48 for IPv6) directly to our border routers, with full BGP community support and multi-homed upstream transit.

Stock configurations (Ryzen 7000 and standard Xeon instances) are automatically imaged and provisioned within 20 to 60 minutes. Custom hardware configurations (such as custom RAID arrays, secondary drive mounts, or dual 10G NIC upgrades) are racked and delivered in 2 to 4 hours.

All bare-metal plans use truly unmetered uplinks on dedicated 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps switch ports. No overage fees, no hidden throttling and no bandwidth caps, backed by redundant Tier-1 transit and direct peering.

Every dedicated uplink sits behind multi-terabit inline hardware filters. SYN floods, UDP amplification and Layer 7 protocol abuse are detected and dropped at the network edge, with no added latency for your legitimate traffic.
